Creativity Rooms provides creativity and innovation services built around The MultipleMind Method, including public workshops (The Brilliant Ideas Day), in-house training events, private guided programmes (Brilliant Ideas Projects), and speaking engagements.
3. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may view, print or download content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify or republish content from this website without our express written permission
- Use this website in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its systems
Where any part of this website requires account credentials, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Our Intellectual Property
All content on this website, and all materials we provide as part of our services, are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation: The MultipleMind Method and its five stages; the Five Minds framework; the terms Brilliant Idea, Brilliant Ideas Day, Brilliant Ideas Projects and Burning Question as used in connection with our services; the Polydela symbol; our participant workbooks, exercises, session designs and frameworks; and the content of the book The MultipleMind Method.
When you attend one of our workshops or programmes, we grant you a licence to use the method and materials for your own personal and business purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Teach, deliver or facilitate the method, or any substantial part of it, for others, whether commercially or otherwise
- Reproduce, adapt or rebrand our materials, workbooks or frameworks
- Use our branded terms in connection with your own products or services
If you are interested in licensing or partnership arrangements, please contact us.
5. Your Ideas Belong to You
Any ideas, concepts, plans or other outputs that you or your team generate during our workshops, training events or programmes belong entirely to you.
We claim no ownership of, and no rights over, the ideas you create using the method. What we own is the method itself; what you own is everything you make with it.
6. Bookings: Public Workshops
6.1 Booking and payment
Places on our public workshops are confirmed on receipt of full payment. Prices are as published on this website at the time of booking and include the materials and inclusions listed on the relevant event page.
6.2 Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you book as a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the workshop has not yet taken place. To cancel within this period, email us using the contact details below.
If the workshop takes place within 14 days of your booking, you will be asked at the time of booking to consent to us providing the service within the cancellation period, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the workshop has been delivered.
6.3 Cancellations and transfers
Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, the following applies if you cannot attend:
- More than 14 days before the workshop: full refund, or free transfer to a later date
- 7 to 14 days before the workshop: 50% refund, or free transfer to a later date
- Less than 7 days before the workshop: no refund, but you may send a substitute participant in your place at no charge
To transfer your place or nominate a substitute, email us with the details before the workshop begins.
6.4 If we cancel or reschedule
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, for example if minimum participant numbers are not reached or circumstances beyond our control intervene. If this happens, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you the choice of a full refund or a free transfer to a later date. Our liability in these circumstances is limited to the amount you paid us; we are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you may have incurred.
6.5 Conduct at events
Our workshops depend on an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect. We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from an event, anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive or in breach of the confidentiality commitments described in section 9. No refund is payable in these circumstances.
7. Business Services
In-house training events, Brilliant Ideas Projects, speaking engagements and other services for organisations are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, payment terms and cancellation terms for that engagement.
Where there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed proposal or agreement, the signed document takes precedence. These website terms apply only where that document is silent.
8. The Nature of Our Services
Our workshops, programmes and talks are educational and facilitative. We teach a method and guide you in applying it. We do not provide legal, financial, accounting or investment advice, and nothing in our services should be treated as such. Before acting on any idea generated through our services, you should take appropriate professional advice.
While we are confident in the method and in the results it produces, the commercial success of any idea depends on many factors outside our control. We therefore do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, revenue result or business success arising from ideas generated during our services.
Our workshop promise
If you fully participate in a Brilliant Ideas Day and leave without an idea you consider genuinely valuable, tell us on the day, and we will invite you to attend a future public workshop free of charge. This promise is personal to you, cannot be exchanged for cash, and applies once per person.
9. Confidentiality
What is shared in the room stays in the room.
We treat everything you share with us in the course of our services as confidential, and we do not disclose it to third parties except where required by law.
By attending a workshop or programme, you make the same commitment to your fellow participants: you agree not to disclose, discuss, or identify the challenges, ideas, or personal information shared by other participants, whether in conversation, in writing, or on social media.
For engagements involving particularly sensitive material, we are happy to enter into a formal non-disclosure agreement on request.
10. Use of AI Tools
Artificial intelligence tools are used as part of The MultipleMind Method, including during facilitated sessions. When AI tools are used with material related to your challenge, we take care to protect your confidentiality and will not enter commercially sensitive client material into AI tools without your consent.
11. Photography and Testimonials
We may take photographs or recordings at our events for use in our marketing. We will always tell you at the start of an event if photography is planned, and you may opt out at any time by telling a member of our team. Photography never extends to the content of your challenge or your ideas.
If you provide a testimonial, we may use it in our marketing with your consent, attributed in the manner you agree to.
12. Third Parties and External Links
Some elements of our events may be delivered by independent third-party practitioners (for example, complementary therapy sessions offered as part of a workshop day). These practitioners are responsible for their own services, qualifications and insurance.
This website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity.
14. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing our services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, venue failure, transport disruption, extreme weather or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented. Where such an event affects a booked workshop, section 6.4 applies.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For details of what we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy [link].
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this page.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect, and the invalid provision will be treated as replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches its intent.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections and courts of your home nation.
